Kohler Wants Online Retailer to Stop Selling Knockoff Faucets

Kohler Co. alleges that online retailer Sweethome247 regularly distributes knockoffs of its faucet designs, despite repeated requests to stop selling them.

The home improvement company alleged Tuesday in the US District Court for the Central District of California that it found nine faucets sold on Sweethome’s website that infringed its patented products.

Kohler also says it sent four notices to Sweethome, and although the online storefront responded, it didn’t stop selling the allegedly infringing faucets.
